Therefore, the best, healthiest, way to thaw the chicken is by placing it in a covered plate or a zip-lock bag into your fridge overnight. We suggest not to leave it at room temperature as bacteria tend to multiply faster.

For the sauce, you will need a bowl and a spatula, while for the kebabs you will need wooden skewers, a good kitchen knife, and a cutting board.


For the chicken kebabs

  • 2 big skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 wooden skewers
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

For the sauce

  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


For the chicken kebabs

  1. First, we need to prepare the chicken. Wear your gloves and place the chicken breasts onto the cutting board.
  2. Cut the chicken into equally sized cubes.
  3. Place the chicken cubes on the skewers. Brush each side with a bit of olive oil.
  4. Move the skewers to your charcoal grill and cook for 13-15 minutes. Remember to turn them now and then.

For the sauce

  1. Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients with a spatula until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust according to your preference.
