  • 500 grams shrimps
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Cut the chili pepper in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Crush the garlic with a mortar or by using a food processor.
  3. Clean the shrimps and cut the heads. Remove the shell and the guts, keeping the tails.
  4. Heat the olive oil for 1 minute in a large pan.
